Dean Greenberg, the Founder and President of Greenberg Financial Group has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He received his B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Economics from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from Adelphi in 1982. Dean is an organizing member and a member of the board of directors of Commerce Bank of Arizona. He is an active member in the Tucson community and hosts the Sunday morning talk show Money Matters on AM 790 KNST.

Dave has been in the financial services industry since arriving in Tucson in September of 1972. After 9 years at Pima Savings & Loan Dave joined E.F. Hutton in August of 1981 and has been a registered investment executive since that time. Dave has been active in many civic organizations and he joined the Greenberg Financial Group in March of 2002.

Ruben Fernandez

Ruben, a native Arizonan, moved to Tucson in the early 1960’s to attend the University of Arizona where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. In 1970, Ruben was one of a group of stockbrokers that opened the first office in Tucson for Dean Witter. Prior to accepting a position at Greenberg Financial Group, he has developed long-term relationships with clients and employed a consultative approach using his expertise in Asset Allocation to match appropriate investments to his clients’ unique needs. Ruben has been very active in social and community organizations that involve the youth of Tucson.

Sue Maxwell

Sue Maxwell has been with Greenberg Financial Group since 1999. She is the firm’s chief compliance officer and handles all the regulatory compliance for the firm, including financial operations. She has two children and two grandchildren, and is an avid supporter of the University of Arizona.

Natalie Fernandez

Natalie joined Greenberg Financial Group in May 2007 and has over 14 years experience in banking and investment services. Natalie’s focus is long- term retirement and planning strategies to help individuals realize and achieve their goals. She is a native Tucsonan and attended the University of Arizona. Natalie is a mother of two and is very involved with the youth of Tucson. She is also active in numerous non-profit organizations, serving on several boards that support and promote health, fitness and character building in children and the Tucson community. Natalie speaks fluent Spanish.

Dan Martin

Dan has 15+ years of business management experience and a B.A. in Political Science, Economics and Systems & Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the UA Eller College of Management. Prior to joining Greenberg Financial Group he spent five years at UBS Financial Services building solid client relationships based on understanding their dreams and goals and creating an investment strategy to help achieve them. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Tucson.

Laurie joined our team in November of 2004. She previously worked for Johnson and Johnson in California as a payroll associate for 11 years. She established residence in Tucson 12 years ago and is a proud mother of three, grandmother of two.
